      <description>Location: Chester | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Job Description:   	 We are seeking a Payments Business Analyst with strong experience in a banking payments environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEPA (SCT &amp; Instant), BACS, FPS, CHAPS, SWIFT (MT/MX), ISO 20022, and cross-border payments, with proven experience in business analysis, payment transformation, and regulatory initiatives.    Key Responsibilities:   	 Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for payment solutions. 	 Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments to support payment transformation initiatives. 	 Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and external payment scheme stakeholders to deliver payment solutions. 	 Produce BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and support SIT/UAT activities. 	 Support ISO 20022 migration, payment modernisation, and Agile project delivery.    Required Experience:   	 Strong Business Analysis experience within Banking Payments.
