We ensure customers can pay the right fare and receive excellent service.Our work is diverse and fundamental to TfL’s financial sustainability. It includes revenue collection, procurement of the Revenue Collection Contract, improving how customers pay for travel (e.g., Oyster and Contactless), concessionary and free travel schemes, fares policy advice to the Mayor of London, and forecasting demand trends.
