Job Title: Payment Risk SpecialistLocation: LondonWorking Pattern: HybridContract Duration: Till Apr 2027Your roleWe are looking for a professional to support the Centralised Payment Team in delivering exceptional client service while managing the end-to-end payment life cycle for Wealth Management clients. The role requires strong operational expertise, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach within a highly regulated banking environment.You will:Verify that payment instructions are in line with current and valid client indemnities, authorised signatures, Powers of Attorney, and Third-Party Mandates.Conduct payment call backs in a professional and client-focused manner to confirm instruction authenticity and support fraud prevention measures.Liaise with Client Advisors, Client Account Managers, Desk andamp; Segment Heads, and other key stakeholders to ensure the timely execution and resolution of payment-related queries.Obtain appropriate exemptions, waivers, and approvals where required.Drive improvements to the overall client experience by collaborating with various teams across the bank.Ensure adherence to risk management controls and contribute to the identification and mitigation of potential risks.Produce and maintain appropriate management information (MI) and reporting.You will work withThe Centralised Payment Team within the Front Support Organisation.Client Advisors, Client Account Managers, Desk andamp; Segment Heads, and other internal ..... full job details .....
