This role will focus on the timely and accurate processing of domestic and international payment requests, supporting wholesale banking operations and ensuring high standards of operational efficiency, compliance, and client service.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with payment operations or banking operations experience looking to further develop their career within a professional financial services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor the daily flow of payment remittance requests raised by internal stakeholdersProcess domestic and international cross-border payment transactions accurately and within currency cut-off timesManage funding and currency positioning activities for Treasury reporting through the Request Management System (RMS)Upload FX deal tickets for currency buy/sell transactionsMonitor incoming client monies and apply credits within the core banking systemProcess returns of funds to remitting banks using SWIFT messaging formats including MT199 and MT299Process Mastercard payments on a daily basisRaise and manage payment-related queries through CRM systems and follow up accordinglyEnsure full adherence to AML, KYC, and internal compliance proceduresSupport ..... full job details .....
