This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR, payroll or reward professional to support the delivery of pay, grading and job evaluation processes across a large and complex organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate pay and reward information, supporting job evaluation activity, producing reports and ensuring processes are delivered consistently and in line with organisational policies and governance requirements. Key Responsibilities Support the administration and coordination of job evaluation processes, panels and projects. Maintain accurate records of job evaluation outcomes, pay decisions and reward activity. Undertake data analysis and produce reports relating to pay, reward, workforce information and establishment control. Support pay benchmarking, pay reviews and wider reward projects.
