Paving Operatives and Ganger/Supervisor Location: Temple Way, Bristol Rate: 21.00 - 24.00 per hour (CIS) Start Date: ASAP We are currently recruiting for an experienced paving gang of three, consisting of: 2 x Paving Operatives 1 x Ganger/Supervisor The project involves laying 400x400mm concrete slabs on a sand bed across an initial area of approximately 200m , with the opportunity for further work based on productivity and performance. Duties: Laying 400x400mm concrete paving slabs to a high standard Preparing the work area, including Type 1 reinstatement Working accurately to levels and site specifications Supervising and coordinating the team (Ganger/Supervisor) Maintaining high standards of health and safety Requirements: Previous experience laying concrete paving slabs Ability to prepare and reinstate Type 1 sub-base Experience working to levels CSCS card required SSSTS/SMSTS preferred for the Ganger/Supervisor Reliable, hardworking and able to work efficiently as part of a team Productivity will be monitored, with a target of up to 50m per day (excluding cuts).
