Job Advertisement: Pavers - Bracknall-(CSCS Required)

We are currently seeking skilled Pavers with a valid CSCS card to contribute to our diverse range of projects across the city.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out various paving tasks, including block paving, slab paving, granite paving, and curbs/edging, with precision and attention to detail.
• Prepare surfaces, ensuring proper levels and grades are achieved.
• Operate and maintain paving equipment and tools, ensuring safe and efficient performance.
• Collaborate effectively with the site team, demonstrating teamwork and adaptability.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
• Continuously develop your skills and knowledge by attending training programs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in paving work, with at least 2 years of experience preferred.
• NVQ qualification in paving (desirable).
• Valid CSCS card is essential.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to varying project requirements.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to attend training programs to enhance individual skills and knowledge.
