The Role As a Pattern Maker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality patterns and moulds, carrying out precision bench work, and assembling complex components to exacting standards. Working from technical drawings, you''ll play a key role in delivering bespoke solutions while maintaining exceptional quality throughout the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately. Carry out precision bench work to achieve a high-quality finish on epoxy and metallic components. Wire patterns and direct moulds. Install fixings and inserts into machined components. Assemble complex components to tight tolerances. Operate manual workshop machinery safely and effectively.
