You will initially work alongside our client''s existing front-of-house/reception team, helping to ensure outstanding reception operations while learning the practice''s systems, protocols and patient data firsthand. Once you are fully up to speed, you will take ownership of the practice''s communications, marketing and data function, driving patient engagement and retention. You will also provide occasional executive assistant support to the Director. There are no immediate plans to recruit an additional practitioner (not anticipated before the end of the year at the earliest), giving you time to properly embed in the role before it develops further.
