Given the nature of the clinic and the level of patient interaction involved, we require someone who is reliable, and comfortable managing a busy, high-end patient-facing environment.This is a front-of-house and administrative role, encompassing reception duties, patient coordination, and general clinic administration. You will be the first point of contact for patients and will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional patient experience from initial enquiry through to post-treatment follow-up.Key ResponsibilitiesFront-of-House and ReceptionServe as the welcoming face of the clinic, greeting and checking in patients in a warm, professional manner.Manage all incoming calls and emails promptly and efficiently, ensuring every patient interaction reflects the clinic''s high standards.Handle appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations with accuracy and care.Process patient payments and oversee check-out procedures.Maintain a calm, well-presented reception environment at all times.Patient Coordination and AdministrationAct as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their journey - ..... full job details .....
