As the first point of contact for members of the public, you will provide a welcoming and efficient service while supporting a range of administrative functions across the organisation. Key Responsibilities  Answer and manage calls to the PCC Freephone service. Direct enquiries to the appropriate team members. Monitor and manage shared email inboxes. Maintain accurate records and update organisational systems. Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning and photocopying. Assist with diary management, meetings and event coordination. Support recruitment and induction administration. Maintain petty cash records and general office administration.
