The Patent Litigation team is consistently recognised as a leading practice and handles a broad range of sophisticated disputes, including infringement and validity cases, entitlement disputes, SPCs, employee compensation, exhaustion of rights, patent infringement threats and licensing disputes. The team is increasingly active in international and cross-border matters, including proceedings before the English Patents Court and Unified Patent Court, often working alongside lawyers across other specialist practice areas. The Role Working closely with Partners and senior lawyers on complex patent litigation matters. Managing significant aspects of cases with a high level of responsibility.
