Working closely with the site management team, you will play a critical role in clearing internal snagging lists to ensure all plots are completed to a flawless, premium standard prior to buyer handovers.nal eye for detail, take immense pride in your finish, and are ready for an immediate start, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Patching & Making Good : Execute high-standard internal patch plastering, boarding, skimming, and drywall repairs across active new build plots. Surface Preparation: Fill holes, cracks, and minor cosmetic imperfections on walls and ceilings, sanding them smooth ready for final decoration. Snagging Remedials: Systematically work through site management snag lists, making good around newly installed fixtures, fittings, electrical sockets, and pipework.
