Job Title: Patch Manager Location: Head Street, Enniskillen Hours: Full-Time, 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Hourly Rate: £16.90 Duration: Temporary, ongoing contract, Essential Criteria Applicants must meet one of the following: A degree (Level 6) or equivalent plus 1 year''s relevant experience in a customer support environment; A BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma (Level 5) in Housing plus 1 year''s relevant experience; A BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma (Level 5) or equivalent plus 2 years'' relevant experience; Or equivalent professional development with 3 years'' relevant experience. About the role: This role plays a key part in supporting communities, ensuring tenancies are sustained, and delivering an excellent standard of housing service. You will manage tenancy and estate matters, engage with residents and partner agencies, and help maintain safe, vibrant neighbourhoods. Key Responsibilities Tenancy Management and Sustainment: Manage tenancy commencements, transfers, and terminations Support residents to sustain their tenancies through advice and early intervention. Liaise with relevant agencies to assist vulnerable tenants. Handle rent accounts, arrears prevention, and tenancy compliance. Estate Management: Maintain and improve estates, working closely with maintenance and community teams. Engage with local residents and community groups to promote safety and cohesion.
