Key Duties Provide a customer-focused housing management service within a designated neighbourhood or geographical area. Develop and maintain effective professional relationships and networks across a wide range of services. Work effectively with partners and other professionals to support customers and deliver effective housing services. Respond to customer needs and enquiries in a professional and appropriate manner. Use a pragmatic approach to understand, assess and resolve complex issues. Manage and prioritise a challenging workload across a wide range of responsibilities. Communicate effectively with customers and other professionals, including in challenging situations. Work collaboratively with colleagues, partner organisations and relevant services.
