We are seeking a talented and dedicated Junior Pastry Sous Chef to join our esteemed kitchen team. As a key support to the Pastry Head Chef, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite pastries and indulgent desserts that exceed the expectations of our discerning guests. In this fast-paced environment, your exceptional culinary skills, attention to detail, and passion for patisserie will be essential.Join Adam Byatt, Ross Sneddon and our talented team as you support the Pastry Sous Chef in creating exceptional pastries and desserts for our guests. As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality pastries and desserts in line with our food and beverage outlets standards.Support the development of new pastry and dessert menus, showcasing creativity and innovation.Help organize and manage kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Train and guide junior pastry chefs, sharing knowledge and expertise in techniques and innovations.Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the pastry section.Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standard, even under pressure.Who we are looking forWe are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests.
