You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Y our main role will be leading and overseeing all pastry and dessert operations, ensuring exceptional quality, creativity, and consistency in line with the hotel/restaurants culinary standards. This role requires strong leadership, innovation in pastry design, and the ability to manage a high-performing team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
