PASTRY CHEF - IMMEDIATE STARTWe are recruiting on behalf of a Prestigious Client for an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef to join a high-performing production kitchen team.Area: TW4 Shift: Night Shift (21:30 - 06:00) Pay Rate: 16.36 per hour 5 years reference requiredPastry Chef - Key Responsibilities:Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume kitchen, confidently managing multiple sectionsCreative ability to design and produce innovative pastry items aligned with current trends and diverse dietary needsStrong technical expertise across a wide range of pastry techniques, including chocolate tempering, custards, mousses, and pastry doughsAbility to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environmentPassion for delivering exceptional quality and exceeding guest expectationsExcellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively within a diverse teamFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as operations run 7 days a weekPastry Chef - Candidate Requirements: Experience in high-volume or production kitchen environments preferred Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work effectively under pressure Reliable, flexible, and strong team player Vetting Requirement: This role is subject to airport security clearance.
