About the Role
The role of Pastry Chef is available in Greater London with H&C Solutions, based near St Katharine Docks. This permanent position involves managing a section producing five to six desserts daily within an award-winning neighbourhood restaurant and cocktail bar. The venue serves 180 covers on average, rising to 240–400 at weekends, and specialises in British cuisine. The successful candidate will join a brigade of two or more in the pastry department, overseeing all dessert preparation and presentation. A competitive salary between £35,000 and £38,000 per annum is offered, dependent on experience. - They are seeking a Pastry Chef who is organised, driven and someone who takes pride in running their section to a high standard.
- A skilled Pastry Chef with experience in creating a la carte desserts from scratch.
- A Pastry Chef that is happy to work 45/48 hours over a 4 day week.
