As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will work alongside a highly skilled team in a well-equipped kitchen, creating exquisite desserts and baked goods to the highest standard. Youll play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of the pastry section, contributing to menu development, maintaining exceptional hygiene standards, and ensuring consistently excellent presentation and flavour.Pastry Chef de Partie requirements:

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or members club.

Strong knowledge of classical and modern pastry techniques.

Passion, creativity, and an eye for detail.

Team-player with excellent communication and organisational skills.

A genuine desire to develop and grow within a prestigious culinary environment.
