About the Pastry Chef job The purpose of your role will be creating, developing, and improving products that support business growth. Working closely with the NPD team, the role combines culinary expertise, innovation, and commercial awareness to develop high-quality products from concept through to launch. Key tasks Create and develop recipes for new and existing products, ensuring delivery to agreed timescales. Maintain accurate documentation and follow all NPD processes and stage-gate requirements. Monitor initial production runs and support the successful launch of new products. Actively participate in NPD meetings, project reviews, and cross-functional discussions.
