About the Pastry Chef job The purpose of your role will be to support the development and delivery of high-quality dessert products by assisting with recipe creation, trials, and product optimisation. Key tasks Support the Development Chef in creating and refining dessert products. Assist with recipe development, trials, and product scaling from kitchen to factory. Prepare samples for internal reviews, customer presentations, and submissions. Maintain accurate records of recipes, processes, and trial results. Support benchmarking of competitor and market products. About You You will have a desire to start a career in patisserie product development and ideally have graduated or completed a relevant culinary, bakery or patisserie course.
