Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate the knowledge, skill, and ambition to advance to a more senior position.Applicants must have a proven track record in a 4+star environment and experience working within a high-rosette establishment in a high-paced operational setting.As Pastry Chef, you will need to exhibit creativity and passion in all areas, from breads and desserts to chocolates.
