The post holder will promote a Trauma-informed approach when interacting with students, staff and parents. They may be asked to manage and look into behaviour and pastoral incidents in depth and report to relevant senior members of staff. The post holder will also assist in managing, leading, and developing systems and procedures to enhance standards of achievement, behaviour, and personal development for all pupils in the attached year group.
