What you will be doing Providing 1:1 mentoring and small-group support to help students succeed. Supporting students'' emotional wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, and engagement with learning. Acting as a trusted adult and positive role model throughout the school day. Building strong partnerships with families, offering guidance and support where needed.
