This position is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people''s emotional well-being, behaviour, and personal development, helping students overcome barriers to learning and thrive within the school environment. The successful candidate will work closely with pastoral leads, teaching staff, SEN teams, and senior leadership to provide targeted support for students who may require additional guidance both academically and emotionally.
