You will work with children aged 5-16, including children with Autism, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, emotional regulation difficulties and additional learning needs. As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will focus on the individual child rather than simply responding to behaviour. You will build strong relationships, understand the challenges children may be experiencing and provide practical encouragement to help them feel more secure, confident and ready to engage with school.
