37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our outstanding Pastoral Support team as a Pastoral Support Tutor.
This full-time permanent position involves providing pastoral and academic support to our full-time learners on a 1:1 and group basis, including weekly tutorial sessions. You will be providing targeted support to students aged 16-19 to ensure they achieve their full potential at college, developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of students' support needs. You will be setting and working towards targets, whilst managing time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience supporting students in a similar age range.
- High motivation and effective time management skills.
- A proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
