As our Pastoral Support Tutor, you will:
- Provide pastoral and academic support to our full-time learners on a 1:1 and group basis including weekly sessions of the tutorial programme
- Support and motivate our students to achieve their full potential at college, ensuring they have a fulfilling experience
- Understand the different support needs required for diverse cohorts of students

What you will bring to the role:
- Experience of supporting students in a pastoral or curriculum role
- Experience of target setting
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Proven time management and organisational skills
