This role is ideal for an experienced education or pastoral professional who can build positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff while supporting students'' personal, social, and emotional development. About the Pastoral Support Role:As a Pastoral Support professional, you will work closely with students who require additional emotional, behavioural, or pastoral guidance. You will play a key role in promoting positive wellbeing, improving engagement, and creating a safe and supportive learning environment where every student can succeed.Key Responsibilities as Pastoral Support:Student Wellbeing: Provide individual and small-group pastoral support to promote students'' emotional wellbeing, resilience, and personal development.Attendance and Engagement: Support strategies to improve attendance, punctuality, behaviour, and engagement with learning.Behaviour and Emotional Support: Work proactively with students experiencing behavioural or emotional challenges, helping them develop positive coping strategies and decision-making skills.Progress Monitoring: Monitor student wellbeing, attendance, ..... full job details .....
