You will support their emotional wellbeing, encourage positive behaviour, and help them build confidence and resilience so they can achieve their best.Key Responsibilities of a Pastoral Support OfficerProvide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with learning, social or emotional needsSupport pupils with SEMH needs across the school. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of approximately 5-10 students and will also be responsible for delivering social skills interventions.Build strong, trusting relationships to support confidence, motivation and positive behaviourWork collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff and pastoral teams to deliver targeted supportContribute to a calm, nurturing and inclusive learning environmentCommunicate effectively with staff, parents and external ..... full job details .....
