About the Role:The successful candidate will work primarily with Key Stage 4 students, supporting the school''s pastoral and behaviour provision during a period of staff absence. You will work closely with pastoral leaders to improve student engagement, attendance, punctuality, conduct, and academic progress. The role will involve delivering targeted interventions, supporting students with barriers to learning, liaising with parents and external agencies where appropriate, and helping students develop the resilience and confidence needed to achieve positive outcomes at the end of their secondary education.
