This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in pastoral support, behaviour management or student welfare who is confident working with young people requiring additional guidance. The successful Pastoral Support Officer will play an important role in improving student behaviour, attendance, engagement and wellbeing, working alongside Heads of Year, teachers and the wider pastoral team. Previous experience in a pastoral, behaviour or secondary school support role is essential.
