In this rewarding role, you''ll provide pastoral support, guidance and early intervention to help students overcome barriers, stay engaged with their studies and achieve their goals. You''ll build positive relationships with students and work closely with curriculum teams, Welfare and Safeguarding, Learning Support, parents, carers and external agencies to make sure students receive the right support at the right time. You''ll play a key role in identifying and addressing barriers to attendance, engagement, retention and achievement, providing timely support to students who may be at risk of disengaging. You''ll also use student information to identify concerns early and help develop strategies that support positive outcomes.
