Pastoral Support Assistant Location: Beccles High School, Beccles Salary: Grade 5 6 Support Staff Scale FTE £26,427 £26,847 Pro rata £23,038 £23,821 Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and caring Pastoral Assistant to join our school. The Pastoral Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our inclusion provision, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve success both academically and personally. Working closely with pastoral leaders, teaching staff, families and external agencies, you will supervise students referred to our Internal Exclusion Room, provide pastoral support, promote positive behaviour and help maintain a calm and purposeful learning environment.
