The provision supports children and young people who are at risk of permanent exclusion or have already been permanently excluded from mainstream education. Many pupils will have experienced significant barriers to their education and require consistent pastoral support, clear boundaries, and positive relationships to help them re-engage with learning.  This is a hands-on role where no two days will be the same.
