What You''ll Do• Build positive, trusting relationships with young people with SEMH needs.• Provide pastoral and emotional support throughout the school day.• Support small groups and individual pupils with engagement and behaviour.• Deliver or support targeted interventions and enrichment activities.• Use positive behaviour strategies to encourage progress and participation.• Help pupils develop confidence, resilience, independence and life skills.• Support a practical, vocational approach to learning.• Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to meet individual needs.
