The successful candidate will build a positive and trusting relationship with the young person, providing pastoral, emotional and educational support. You will help them develop confidence, resilience, independence and life skills, while encouraging positive behaviour and engagement with learning. This is a flexible, part-time role offering -2530 per hour, with ongoing opportunities. Support may range from a few hours to multiple sessions per week, depending on the individual needs of the young person. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality 1:1 pastoral and mentoring support. Build a positive, trusting and professional relationship with the young person. Support emotional wellbeing, confidence, resilience and self-esteem.
