Pastoral Mentor

Role: Pastoral Mentor Location: West Yorkshire Type: Temporary - Full Time Rate: 16.50 - 18.50 Eden Brown Education is recruiting for a Pastoral Mentor on behalf of a well-established Further Education College in West Yorkshire. This is a full time temporary role to start asap for at least 10 weeks. Hours are Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 4:30pm with a 4:00pm finish on Fridays. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced student support professional, progress coach, mentor, youth worker or pastoral practitioner who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes. The Role You will provide dedicated pastoral support to a caseload of learners, delivering targeted one-to-one interventions and coaching to support attendance, behaviour, wellbeing, personal development and academic success. Working closely with curriculum teams, safeguarding staff and external agencies, you will play a key role in supporting students who may be facing a range of personal, social or educational challenges.
