As our Pastoral Manager, you will support students'' welfare and personal development, manage behaviour and attendance, and work closely with families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning.

The ideal Pastoral Manager will have experience in a pastoral, safeguarding or student support role, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to helping young people thrive.
