This is an excellent opportunity for a committed individual who is driven to improve student outcomes through strong pastoral care, attendance strategies, and behaviour support.   The Role   As a Pastoral Manager, you will take responsibility for the attendance, behaviour and welfare of a designated cohort of students. You will play a key role in removing barriers to learning, promoting positive engagement, and ensuring every student has the support they need to succeed.
