      <description>Location: Liverpool | Salary: &amp;pound;130 - &amp;pound;180/day | Type: Temporary | Prospero Teaching are looking to recruit an excellent Pastoral Manager to lead the overview of students'' attendance for an identified cohort with a view to continual improvement and the removal of barriers.   Pastoral Manager     Location - Liverpool, L19  Type of work - Long term  Start date - As soon as possible  Full time/part time - Full time  Hours - 8:00 am - 4:00 pm    Responsibilities:    Work with the AHT (Attendance &amp; Admissions) and other pastoral staff to ensure the implementation of the attendance and punctuality strategy.  Ensure a smooth day to day operation of attendance and absence monitoring for a specific cohort of students.  To complete Home Visit welfare checks for students with flagging attendance concerns.  To undertake regular student voice activities and take necessary action on feedback.  To ensure all students display positive behaviour and learning behaviours  To contribute to the effective operational activities, including attendance at meetings, events and activities as required.
