You will play a key role in removing barriers to learning, promoting positive engagement, and ensuring every student has the support they need to succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesLead on attendance and punctuality strategies for your cohort, working closely with senior leadersMonitor daily attendance and implement targeted interventions where concerns ariseConduct home visits and welfare checks where necessaryPromote positive behaviour and high standards across the schoolSupport students'' wellbeing and act on student voice feedbackWork collaboratively with staff, parents/carers, and external agenciesContribute to safeguarding, health and safety, and overall student welfareMaintain accurate records and contribute to improvement planningWhat We''re Looking ForExperience working in a pastoral, behaviour, or attendance-focused ..... full job details .....
