Hays are partnering with a Secondary School in Rochdale who are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Manager to support students'' wellbeing, behaviour and attendance across the school on a temporary basisThis is a rewarding and fast-paced role, supporting students'' behaviour, wellbeing, safeguarding and attendance across the school, including managing incidents, working closely with families and staff, and providing targeted support for pupils with additional needs, making it ideal for someone who is calm, resilient and passionate about helping young people succeed. We''re looking for someone with experience supporting attendance, behaviour or SEMH needs in children and young people (pastoral management experience is not essential!).
