Pastoral Manager

Teachwise is currently looking for a skilled and experienced pastoral manager-for a local secondary academy based in Manchester.- The role will begin on 06/10/2025-and will continue on a full-time, long-term-basis.

The role will involve working with pupils across KS3 & KS4 providing all aspects of pastoral support.- Some pupils may be-dis-engaged and exhibit challenging behaviour whilst others require specialist support for issues outside of school.- You will need to have excellent communication skills coupled with an ability to engage with-pupils from a wide array of backgrounds.

You will work closely with SLT, head''s of year and external agencies.- The position would suit someone who has previously worked as a pastoral manager or senior mentor-within a secondary school setting.

• A driven individual who can lead from the front
• Available for work from 6th-October
• Hold right to work in the UK
• Hold and enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
