Working closely with the Housemaster/Mistress, you will help ensure a safe, supportive and well-organised environment where students can thrive both academically and personally.The role involves supervising students, supporting behaviour and wellbeing, assisting with routines and contributing to the smooth running of the house. You will build positive relationships with students, providing guidance, care and encouragement in a structured boarding setting.The ideal candidate will have:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience working with young people in a professional settingGood organisational and ICT skillsThe ability to remain calm, empathetic and adaptableA proactive and team-focused approachA Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is essential.
