We are seeking a dedicated Pastoral Lead / Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to join a specialist education setting on an ASAP start, for a 1-year fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced pastoral or safeguarding professional to play a key role in supporting pupils with ASC and SEMH needs, promoting positive outcomes and creating a safe, supportive school environment. The Role: Lead and promote the school''s safeguarding and pastoral culture. Provide targeted support around wellbeing, anxiety, self-esteem and resilience.
