We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and proactive Pastoral Lead to join our team at R.E.A.L. Independent Schools. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our provision, supporting the wellbeing, personal development and success of our students - many of whom have complex needs, SEND profiles, or barriers to learning. About the Role As our Pastoral Lead, you will play a central role in creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where students can thrive. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, parents/carers and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and ensure every young person feels supported, valued and heard. Your work will include: Providing daily pastoral and wellbeing support Offering conflict resolution, mediation and de-briefs Delivering 1:1 interventions and tutorial support Supporting attendance, behaviour and safeguarding processes Facilitating student voice activities including student council, questionnaires and meetings Supporting PSHE delivery and whole-school wellbeing initiatives Building strong, positive relationships with parents, ..... full job details .....
