Pastoral Care Worker

OverviewPastoral Care Worker – Required for September 2025. Salary Grade Range: Scale 5. Contract: Permanent; Term Time Only; 35 hrs a week. We are looking for a dedicated professional who will demonstrate our values of Independence, Respect, Kindness, Ambition and Resilience.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Pastoral Care Manager you will support the well-being and self-regulation of individuals and small groups of children; providing timetabled interventions to support emotional literacy.

You will support the delivery of a high-quality extended day offer, across lunchtime and after school.

You will also be integral to the development of pupil voice in our school, meeting regularly with the School Council and House Captains to progress improvement work that the children have identified.
