These roles are ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, Learning Support Assistants, Cover Supervisors, Youth Workers, Graduates and other professionals with experience supporting young people. The Role: Providing targeted support to pupils who may be struggling with behaviour, attendance or engagement. Working with pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
